Spaghetti and Meat Ball

20 years ago, a serving of spaghetti and meat ball dinner was about 500 calories.  Nowadays, a restaurant pasta dinner is triple than previous time, and easily contains over 1200 calories.  Now you can see the impact of different size of food portions on us, right?
